Affordable Energy and Renewable Energy Systems (RES)

Today, energy is an increasingly important concept, affecting all people. In particular, the concept of "sustainable development" has become an issue that all societies in the world place emphasis on, and today, the efficient production and consumption of conventional energy resources, minimizing environmental effects, as well as the transition to clean and inexhaustible energy sources have brought up the agenda.

Particularly, the problems of global warming and environmental pollution arising as a result of the increasing demand for energy being met mostly from fossil fuels, and the prediction that fossil fuels will run out in the not-too-distant future have led to the widespread use of renewable energy studies. Not staying away from the world's studies in these fields depends on both the manpower trained in these subjects and the intensification of research on these subjects in universities.

Renewable energy sources are as follows:

  • Solar energy.
  • Wind power.
  • Biomass Energy.
  • Geothermal energy.
  • Hydroelectric Energy.
  • Hydrogen Energy.
  • Wave Energy.
